Paul grew up in Johannesburg, but spent his childhood summer holidays eating ice cream in New York. When he turned 21, he got his first ice cream maker and started recreating some of the ice cream experiences of his youth. Fast forward to 2014: Paul partnered with long-time friend and gym buddy, Josh Amoils, to build a business and get Paul's ice cream in every shop and restaurant in Joburg.

Paul now supplies ice cream to 15 scoop cafés and over 180 shops and restaurants nationwide. You can find Paul's ice cream in lots of South Africa's top malls around Joberg such as Sandton, Mall of Africa, Cresta, Rosebank and Parkhurt.
